Return and Shipping Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected. Please allow several business days for the refund to process after approval.

Non-returnable items:
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as final sale on the product page.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
